 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Conctated about no cooling on AC and within an hour Dave was here to check out the issue. Tried different options but unfortunately was unable to start the compressor. Next item is new unit. Had a good long run at 34 years for an AC!!!! Dave came out and replaced the unit with a new one. Prompt, professional and efficient service and repaired A/C that was not functioning - in less than 30 minutes. He installed my new furnace and smart thermostat and did an exceptional job from start to finish. He was extremely professional, thorough, courteous, and patient throughout the entire installation. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my new furnace, walked me through the features and operation of the smart thermostat, and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. I especially appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to make sure I was completely comfortable with the new equipment. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the installation and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service. Five stars and a job very well done!
